Card Condition & Grading
What does Near Mint (NM) condition mean?
Near Mint cards are in excellent condition with minimal wear. They may have very slight edge wear or minor printing imperfections, but no creases, bends, or major scratches. Near Mint cards are perfect for collectors and competitive play.
What's the difference between Near Mint and Excellent-Mint?
Excellent-Mint (EX-MT) cards are between Excellent and Near Mint condition. They show slightly more wear than Near Mint but are still in great shape with no major damage. Near Mint-Mint (NM-MT) cards are nearly flawless with only the most minor imperfections.
Do you sell graded cards?
Currently, we focus on ungraded singles in Near Mint to Mint condition. All cards are carefully inspected and accurately described. If you're interested in professional grading services like PSA or BGS, we recommend purchasing our highest-condition cards.
How do you determine card condition?
We carefully inspect each card for edge wear, surface scratches, centering, and corners. Our condition standards follow industry-standard grading guidelines used by PSA, BGS, and CGC.
Card Authenticity & Quality
Are all your Pokémon cards authentic?
Yes! Every card we sell is 100% authentic and genuine. We source directly from sealed products and trusted distributors. We never sell counterfeit or proxy cards.
How can I tell if a Pokémon card is real?
Authentic Pokémon cards have specific characteristics: proper font, correct card stock thickness, accurate coloring, and a black layer visible when viewing the card edge. All our cards pass these authenticity tests.
What are Secret Rare, Ultra Rare, and Illustration Rare cards?
Secret Rare cards have card numbers that exceed the set total (e.g., 167/159) and feature premium finishes. Ultra Rare cards include EX, GX, V, and VMAX cards with holographic or textured finishes. Illustration Rare cards showcase full-frame artwork with stunning illustrations.
What does Full Art mean?
Full Art cards feature artwork that extends to the edges of the card, with no traditional border. These premium cards are highly sought-after by collectors and typically feature holographic or textured finishes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Is it safe to order from The Gamers Quest?
Absolutely! Our store uses SSL encryption and Shopify's secure checkout system to protect your payment information. We never store your credit card details.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Shipping & Packaging
How do you ship Pokémon cards?
Every card is placed in a protective sleeve and top loader, then shipped in a rigid mailer to prevent bending during transit. We take extra care to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition they left our facility.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future - check back or contact us for updates.
What if my card arrives damaged?
We package cards with extreme care, but if your card arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue immediately.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied! If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Cards must be returned in the same condition as received.
How do I return a card?
Email us at thepokestopatbigdaddys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What Pokémon card sets do you carry?
We specialize in modern Pokémon TCG sets including Scarlet & Violet era cards (Journey Together, Black Bolt, Destined Rivals, Paldean Fates), Sword & Shield, and select vintage sets. Check our collections page for current inventory.
Do you sell booster packs or sealed products?
We primarily focus on single cards to give collectors exactly what they need. Occasionally, we offer sealed Elite Trainer Box promos and special bundles. We will sell packs in the future, so keep checking back!
How often do you restock cards?
We add new inventory regularly! Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to get notified about new arrivals and restocks of popular cards.
Can I request specific cards?
